Role Overview
We are seeking a mature, relationship‑driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts in Texas. This role focuses exclusively on new business generation with companies that can benefit from our recruitment and advisory services. You will represent FMW USA to senior leaders, build trust with mid‑market firms, and open doors for both local and global search engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Drive proactive outreach to Texas‑based companies (DFW, Houston, and state wide as needed) via email, phone, SNS, and networking.
Build and manage a structured pipeline of prospective clients.
Develop relationships with senior executives, founders, and HR leaders at mid‑market“Challenger” companies.
Attend networking events, conferences, and meetings to expand FMW USA’s presence.
Educate prospects on our Local → Abroad model and how FMW supports both U.S. and global hiring needs.
Collaborate with the CEO to refine messaging, targeting, and BD strategy.
Provide exceptional follow‑up, listening, and customer service to convert leads intolong‑term clients.
Represent FMWUSA with professionalism, credibility, and cultural awareness.

Experienced business developer with a track record selling tomid‑market or growth‑stage companies.
Comfortable speaking with senior leaders; brings gravitas,maturity, and credibility.
Deep familiarity with doing business in Texas and an existing local network.
Based in the DFW area; able to meet in person as needed.
Strong communication skills and disciplined follow‑up habits.
Interest in global business, cross‑border work, or HR/recruitment.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
