About the Role

What we are looking for

The firm is seeking an attorney who excels in execution-focusedlegal work and enjoys delivering high‑quality support across corporate,commercial, employment, and compliance matters. The ideal candidate thrives ina fast‑moving environment, operates independently, and brings a global mindsetshaped by experience in top-tier international or national law firms.

This role does not require business development, abook of business, or equity-track ambitions. It is designed for someone whovalues substantive legal work and wants to contribute meaningfully to a growinginternational platform.

Key Responsibilities

Provide broad legal support to multinational corporateclients, including:

Corporate governance and general corporate advisory

Commercial contracts and cross‑border agreements

Employment and labor matters

Regulatory and compliance issues

Manage matters independently with minimal oversight,ensuring timely and accurate execution.

Support a diverse mix of transactions and operational legalneeds across industries.

Collaborate with colleagues across global offices to ensureseamless cross‑border service delivery.

Contribute to the growth and development of the newlyestablished Plano office.


Requirements

What you bring

US‑qualified attorney licensed in Texas, New York,or California. Other major jurisdictions such as Illinois or Washington,D.C. may also be considered.

Minimum 7 years PQE, with more experienced attorneyswelcome if they are eager to focus on execution rather than businessdevelopment.

Broad corporate/commercial experience preferred; generalistsstrongly encouraged.

Background from a leading law school and/or top-tierglobal or national law firm is important.

Experience working with global clients and comfort operatingin an international environment.

Fluent English required.

Interest in Asian business culture is beneficial but notrequired.

Work Environment & Compensation

Market‑rate compensation, aligned with major US legalmarkets.

1500 billable hours target, with bonus eligibilityabove that level.

Hybrid work flexibility and a collaborative,international team environment.
