The company is now bringing this established concept to the U.S. market.
Role Overview
We are seeking a US Regional Marketing Manager to support the brand's U.S. expansion, starting with the launch of its first location in the DMV area in Q4 2026. This individual will work closely with global headquarters to develop and execute localized marketing strategies, build brand awareness, and drive sales growth across current and future U.S. locations.
Key Responsibilities
Local Marketing Management & Operations
Lead local marketing initiatives in alignment with HQ brand guidelines
Develop and manage the annual U.S. marketing calendar and local budget
Analyze market, customer, and sales data to drive performance optimization
Maintain regular reporting and communication with global HQ
PR / Influencer / Social Media
Collaborate with local agencies across PR, influencer, and digital
Manage official social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Oversee content planning and production (photo and video)
Build brand awareness through PR and influencer campaigns
Seasonal Campaign Execution
Plan and execute local seasonal campaigns based on HQ strategy
Manage online and offline activations and track performance
LTO & New Product Launch
Lead execution of limited-time offers and new product launches
Localize product positioning, concepts, and communication
Manage product lifecycle and optimize based on performance data
Store Launch & Grand Opening
Lead grand opening marketing for new U.S. locations
Drive initial traffic through events, promotions, and influencer collaborations
This is a full-time, on-site position based in the DMV area (Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia).
Fluent in both Korean and English
5–7+ years of relevant marketing experience (Assistant Manager to Manager level)
Proven experience managing owned social media channels and working with PR, influencer, and digital agencies in the U.S.
Strong understanding of the U.S. F&B and café market
Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Based in or willing to relocate to the DMV area
